We bought Boxio Wash for our road trip

We bought Boxio Wash for our road trip; after three months, the pump knob broke. Of course, we had to buy the entire installation kit just to replace this small part. And the airflow mechanism on the new hand pump stopped working after just one week. The design and practicality are nice, but the quality isn’t worth the price.

Hello Natasha,

thank you for taking the time to provide your honest feedback.

We are very sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with the quality of the pump—this does not meet our standards. We would like to investigate the matter and work with you to find a solution.

Please contact us directly by email so that we can help you quickly.

Best regards from Rostock!
