Summer Giveaway 2026 on boxio.de

Entry period: 26 June 2026 - 15 July 2026

1. Organiser

The organiser of the giveaway is Duschkraft GmbH, hereinafter referred to as the 'Organiser'.

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to persons aged 18 and over who are resident in Europe. Employees of the Organiser and their immediate family members are excluded from participation.

3. How to Enter

Entry takes place via the website boxio.de, followed by registration for the newsletter on the dedicated giveaway page. Entry is free of charge and independent of any purchase or order.

Open to persons aged 18 and over, resident in Europe only. Winners will be notified exclusively by e-mail.

4. Entry Period

The giveaway runs from 26 June 2026 to 15 July 2026 (11:59 PM). No entries will be accepted after the closing date.

5. Prizes

The following prizes are available to be won (total value of more than 5,400 EUR):

6. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries after the closing date and notified by e-mail.

7. Data Protection

Entry to the giveaway requires the provision of personal data. The Organiser undertakes to comply with applicable data protection legislation, including the GDPR.

In order to deliver prizes, it may be necessary to share personal data (name, address, e-mail) with relevant sponsors or partners. Sponsors and partners are required to process any data received in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

By entering, participants expressly consent to their personal data being passed to the sponsors of the selected prizes. Without this consent, entry is not possible.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time with future effect. Withdrawal of consent means participation is no longer possible and any prize already awarded cannot be claimed.

Participants have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of their personal data at any time, and to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.

By entering, participants confirm that they have read and understood the data protection provisions and expressly consent to the processing and transfer of their personal data as described.

8. Liability

The Organiser accepts no liability for technical issues affecting entry to the giveaway or the selection of winners.

9. Changes and Termination

The Organiser reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time or to terminate the giveaway without prior notice and without giving reasons.

10. Legal Recourse

Legal recourse is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

11. General Provisions

Should any provision of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The laws of the country in which the Organiser is based shall apply.
